Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Billing
Payments on VFollower are processed using secure and verified payment gateways, with no sensitive financial information input through our website. The secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via your credit card or debit card institution.
Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we have the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. Eligibility for Refunds
The customer acknowledges and accepts that full and partial refunds will only be provided in the event that the products and services purchased from VFollower are not provided in full within the specified period of time as a direct result of the company’s own action or inaction. A full or partial refund will be provided at the company’s discretion in the event of delivery delays or failure to complete the order in a timely manner.
If you believe you may be eligible for a refund, please get in touch with a member of the team at VFollower as promptly as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a mutually amicable manner, including the provision of a full or partial refund in the case of non-delivery. Exemptions and Exclusions for Refunds
Please note that our refund policy does not apply if the customer has engaged in any activity that breaches the terms of use set out by VFollower. This includes running additional promotional campaigns while our products are being delivered, making alterations to their social media accounts, or attempting to use our products and services for unethical purposes. In all such instances, all outstanding monies may be withheld, and no refund will be provided.
VFollower is also under no obligation to provide a full or partial refund in the event of disruptions or delays that occur for reasons outside our direct control. For example, in the event of a major social media outage or an external network issue that we have no control over, we reserve the right to refuse requests for refunds. All refunds are provided at the sole discretion of VFollower, and all cases will be fairly considered. If you believe you are eligible for a refund for any reason, please contact a member of our customer service team to discuss the issue in full.
Order Cancellation
All customers have the right to cancel their orders and claim a full refund on the condition that the order has not yet been processed on our side. Once the order has been verified and the delivery process begins, there is no option for canceling your order.
We, therefore, advise contacting the VFollower team as a matter of urgency if you believe you have made a mistake of any kind during the order process. All requests for order cancellation will be given fair consideration, though we reserve the right to refuse requests for full or partial refunds once the order has been processed in our system.
Denial of Service
At VFollower, we have a zero-tolerance policy for all types of fraudulent activities and the unethical use of our products. We, therefore, reserve the right to deny access to our services and to the VFollower website to anyone we believe may be conducting or attempting any kind of illicit activities. We also reserve the right to withhold all monies and cancel all pending services ordered in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions set out by VFollower.
All instances of suspected fraud will be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities, and the individual(s) in question will be permanently excluded from the services provided by VFollower.
Retention Guarantee/Warranty
Our retention guarantee covers all products and services provided by VFollower for a period of 60 days. This means that during the first 60 days following fulfillment of your order, we will replace any lost followers, likes, views, and/or plays, etc., 100% free of charge.
However, our retention guarantee will be rendered null and void in the event of any action or activity that breaches the terms of service set out in this document.
Please contact the team at VFollower immediately if you detect the loss of any of the products provided within the first 60 days in order to organize prompt replacements.
Social Media Accounts
At VFollower, we have no control or influence over the decisions made or actions taken by any of the social networks we provide promotional products and services for. Consequently, we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event of pages, profiles, or accounts being suspended or terminated for any reason.
The customer, therefore, acknowledges and understands that all services provided by VFollower are used entirely at their own risk. As the terms of service outlined by any social network could change at any time and without notice, we accept no liability or responsibility in the event of subsequent account issues resulting from the use of the services we provide.
Data Modification
The customer is strictly prohibited from making any alterations to their social accounts or specified content for the duration of the campaign with VFollower.
Any alterations made could render your profile, your content, or your account inaccessible, disrupting or preventing the services requested from being provided.
In the event that any data or account modification adversely affects the provision of our services, VFollower reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order and retain all outstanding monies. Our refund policy does not apply in cases where data modifications have in any way affected our capacity to deliver the services requested.
Third-Party Marketing Campaigns
Please note that under no circumstances must any other marketing campaigns be run at the same time as your campaign with VFollower. While providing our services, we track and measure the performance of the products we provide to assure their quality and effectiveness. Any other campaigns running simultaneously could affect the accuracy of the metrics we track, making it impossible for us to assess the quality and effectiveness of our services.
If the customer runs any other marketing campaigns alongside their VFollower campaign, we reserve the right to claim credit for all subsequent benefits of the combined campaigns. Likewise, we accept no liability or responsibility for any negative effects that may occur due to multiple promotional strategies having been run at the same time.

We require links to your social media accounts to obtain the required information for the platform’s API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your account link to any third parties. The expected number of followers, likes, views, plays, etc., is not guaranteed to you in any way. We can’t guarantee the services’ continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability.
It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the VFollower service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time. You agree that upon purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content without notice and without incurring any liability. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
